An Oklahoma woman has been charged with child neglect and sexual abuse after her 9-year old son told authorities that she was hurting his siblings. According to police reports, the woman frequently locked her two daughters in the bathroom and molested them, with other adults spectating for a fee. She's currently being held on a 2 million dollar bond, all four children are in the custody of their grandparents.
