SLOW COOKER CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA 👌 Oh you’ll love me for this one!!! It’s definitely a family favourite now and so so easy to put together as you can see. INGREDIENTS: 350g Chicken Breasts cut in strips 60g chorizo 200g cream cheese 350g Pasta 750ml Chicken or Vegetable stock 4 Tsp @calicalifoods Cajun seasoning 100g grated cheese 🧀 Method: 👉Heat your slow cooker to high. 👉Add chopped chicken, chorizo, Cajun spice, cream cheese and 250ml stock to the slow cooker. 👉Stir until everything is mixed really well. Cook for 2 hours on high. 👉Add 350g pasta and 500ml of remaining stock to the slow cooker. Make sure the pasta is covered. Cook for another 30 minutes. 👉Add 100g cheddar cheese. Stir well. Cook for 5 minutes. 👉Add spinach (optional) and cook for another 5 minutes. 👉Serve and enjoy 😋
