🚄JR Pass Price Increase Hack! 🇯🇵 The Japanese government has announced they are increasing the price of the Whole Japan Rail Pass up to 69% from October 2023. (From JPY29,650 to JPY50,000) 💸 If you’re traveling to Japan in October, November or Decmeber of this year and you’re thinking about buying the Whole Japan Rail (JR)  Pass but worried about the HUGE price increase, there is a way around it. Find the “JR Pass tickets” tab via link in my profile and purchase your JR Pass before September 30th to LOCK IN the current rates! 🔐 The price increase is only applied to purchases made after the price hike, not usage - this means you can still use the pass you purchased before the JR Pass price increase. As JR passes can only be purchased 90 days before you intend to travel to Japan, if you are intending to travel to Japan between now and December 28th, you can still take advantage of the original JR pass prices. With the JR pass you can explore JR lines, airport railways, buses, and more, unlimited for 7, 14 or 21 days.
